Review
"The Dyck/Neubert text is far and away the best management textbook that I have ever come across in my 12 years of a business professor."
"The major strengths of this text is the Mainstream and Multistream discussions; no other text does it this way, to my knowledge. The traditional materials, theories, studies, etc. covered in most traditional management texts are included here . . . "
"I will adopt it at its earliest availability--it brings my classroom and students into the 21st century and will be a delight to teach."

I used this textbook for a management course (organizational behavior), and with great success. It is clear, well-articulated, current, with substantial references, and the multistream approach is a welcome addition in the leadership field. I would definitely recommend this textbook.

Shipped fast and was nice and cheap, I just thought all the stickers covering the damaged spots on the cover were annoying.
